Felix is the Founder of Komunidad Global Pte Ltd
His global expertise spans over 15 years of providing solutions to environmental-critical industries within the Asian region, including his experience working with commercial weather agencies MeteoGroup, MetraWeather & EarthNetworks.
He is currently active in Southeast Asia empowering governments and private sectors to integrate weather and environmental intelligence with their operations. Felix is a graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BS-ECE).
Allister Ayque is the Co-Founder & COO of Komunidad. As COO, Allister overseas business operations and overall managerial and administrative matters of the company.
Before his work with Komunidad, Allister was a social development professional who worked on the ground with various sectors and communities. Allister served as Deputy Operations Coordinator of Humanity & Inclusion - Philippines, Indonesia and Timor Leste Program where he supported development, implementation and standardization of various projects. He has extensive experience in the non-profit sector particularly in the fields of social inclusion, education, disaster risk reduction and community development.
Allister has a Master of Community Development degree from the University of the Philippines-Diliman, where he is also currently a candidate of the Doctor of Social Development Program.
Over the last 5 years, Jong Lequiron's skills and knowledge in Meteorology, Programming, and Data Science were utilized by multiple companies. His work experience includes (i) data quality and data management of a vast network of automated weather stations, (ii) provide timely, accurate, and reliable weather forecast and risk analysis to identified areas of interests, (iii) provide meteorological reports and updates on national TV channels, (iv) introduce innovations and automation to further improve system productivity and minimize cost, (v) create customized solutions based on client's requirements, and (v) conduct research and development of new products that can be offered to the market.
As of today, he is the Meteorology and Data Science Director of Komunidad Global. He is in-charge of (i) data management of all data assets of the company, (ii) conducts meteorological and programming training to partners and clients, and (iii) identify the best and most efficient solution to deliver the client's needs.
Monica drives awareness, engagement and conversion across all channels for Komunidad. Prior to this, she gained 8 years experience in sales, investments and customer relationship management in the banking and airline industries.
Monica graduated with distinction from Asian Institute of Management with a degree in Masters of Business Administration, Concentration in Marketing.
Anju is presently working as a Solutions Consultant Disaster Risk Reduction at Komunidad. She earned her Master of Science in Disaster Management from Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies, Kerala, India. During her time at university, she did her dissertation at National Centre for Earth Science Studies, Trivandrum, India. Before joining Masters, she completed her internship as a Junior Software Programmer at Soften Technologies, Kochi, India.
Anupama is involved as Solutions Consultant Disaster Risk Reduction at Komunidad. She obtained her Master of Science in Disaster Management from Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies, India. Prior to Komunidad, Anupama was an intern trainee at District Disaster Management Authority, Ernakulam, India. During her time in University she did her dissertation at National Institute of Disaster Management, New Delhi, India and did a summer internship at INCOIS, Hyderabad, India.
Diana joined Komunidad Global in 2021. As a Data Scientist Intern, she works with the IT team and assists the head of Meteorology & Data Science with any related tasks and product development activities. And will be handling customer success and support in the future.
Diana is a graduating student currently taking BS Astronomy Major in Meteorological Science at Rizal Technological University. She is also a member of Earth Shaker under the division of the meteorological group, a nonprofit organization that spreads awareness about science-related issues.
Eliezer is a Data Scientist at Komunidad Philippines and currently working with the IT Team for all system-related and maintenance activities. He started to join the Komunidad as an Intern in September 2021.
He graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines as a Senior High School Student in STEM Strand. He is currently a graduating student studying Bachelor of Science in Astronomy Major in Meteorological Science in Rizal Technological University in the Philippines.
Earon Dave is a part of the Data Science group, he is a Data Scientist and responsible for helping the team in all back-end related works. He joined Komunidad as an intern last September this year. He is currently a graduating student in Rizal Technological University under the program of Bachelor of Science in Astronomy with a specialization of Space Science and Technology. He took and finished his Computer Programming Strand in his senior high school at the Asian College. Earon enjoys collaborating with others while helping the team in coding and currently pursuing more knowledge to learn in programming and web based development.
